I always knew I was different, but I didn’t know why. My family didn’t believe in me, my friends didn’t understand me, and everyone laughed at my aspirations in life. I didn’t want to go to university because I didn’t like it, and I never knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. As a curious fact, at the age of 14 (1980), I found a book at home by someone named Napoleon Hill, «Think and Grow Rich,» and I devoured it by reading it. I don’t know if it was the book, but I wanted to succeed in my life.
At the age of 18, my father got me a job at SEAT, and I remember that as soon as I walked through the door, I realized that the pages of my life were already written: from home to work, eat, sleep, and start all over again.
I listened to audiobooks and personal development messages every day. When my factory colleagues found out, they laughed, but I didn’t care. I wanted to be the master of my own destiny. I focused on my destiny, and for many years, I didn’t earn what I truly desired because I didn’t have someone to teach me. Additionally, I was young, and I enjoyed going out with friends a lot, but my mind was slowly developing.
I called upon the heavens for someone to teach me, and finally, that person arrived. My mentor was Juan Miguel Morales; he polished me. I worked with him every day of the week for 5 wonderful years, from Monday to Sunday. I would call him every night at 9:30 PM without fail, to learn from him. Eventually, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.
Today, I can proudly say that thanks to all those teachings, I am a professional, a very focused, committed, honest, loyal, and positive person. I work tirelessly, putting a lot of passion and energy into everything I do. They say I’m a bit crazy, but that madness makes me free.
I joined the club in February 2017, and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was my project. I am very happy to have made the decision to focus. Now, I know that my moment to reach the top has come, and I am enjoying the journey immensely. I travel for free, and I love helping other people travel for free around the world too.
